Why we're calling on Brant
Residents describe unnecessary, unwanted, and targeted enforcement against community members. We are not aware of any meaningful attempt by the vice president to halt it. Leadership means stepping in when something is wrong, not standing by.
Failing to act is a choice. A board officer who watches residents be targeted and says nothing shares responsibility for the outcome.
Our ask is simple: commit — publicly and in writing — to changing the association's enforcement practices and policies. Or resign, so that someone more focused on privacy, community, basic decency, and the cost of living can serve instead.

As vice president, Mr. Fallin had the standing to stop the targeted enforcement we were living under. In my experience, he made no attempt to. To me that is a failure of leadership — watching your neighbors get singled out and choosing to do nothing. Mr. Fallin and his wife (former board president Catharine Fallin) have been board members for more than half a decade and under their tenure things have only deteriorated.— Waterglen resident
